Refund Policy

Celino Jewelry Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of wear or damage not due to our error.

  • Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement.

  • Contact your credit card company and/or bank, as processing times may delay the refund posting.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@celinojewelry.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@celinojewelry.com and mail your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
